Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced GRC Technology Senior Consultant with a strong focus on the Workiva platform to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance Technology Consulting team. You will transform how organizations manage governance, risk, compliance, and related business processes using Workiva solutions.

You will work with Fortune 500 to mid-market clients, developing sustainable technology and risk management programs while collaborating with Crowe teams through the full implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS/Finance/Accounting/CS/Economics/Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a professional environment.
• 2+ years of experience with software implementation, technology consulting, system configuration, or a related discipline.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating requirements into functional or technical solutions.
• Experience implementing, configuring, administering, or enhancing Workiva solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel based on client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workiva platform resource and SME for client engagements.
• Lead and support Workiva implementations, enhancements, configurations, and related technology initiatives.
• Identify, understand, and document business and functional requirements with clients.
• Translate requirements into functional/technical designs.
• Configure, build, prototype, and test technology solutions.
• Develop testing strategies and support user acceptance testing.
• Develop training plans and deliver training across client functions.
• Support pre-sales activities, including platform demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Maintain focus on customer success, project objectives, scope, and quality.
• Support go-live and transition solutions to account management.
• Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Contribute to solution development, project leadership, and business development.
