Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced GRC Technology Senior Consultant with a strong focus on the Workiva platform to join our GRC Technology Consulting team in the DC area. You will implement, configure, and optimize Workiva solutions, helping clients manage governance, risk, and compliance processes.

You will collaborate with clients and Crowe teams through the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements to deployment and ongoing support, delivering high-impact, value-driven results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience.
• 2+ years in software implementation or technology consulting.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into solutions.
• Experience implementing Workiva solutions in a consulting/enterprise environment.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workiva platform SME for client engagements.
• Lead and support Workiva implementations and configurations.
• Document business and functional requirements with clients.
• Translate requirements into functional/technical designs.
• Configure, build, test, and prototype technology solutions.
• Develop testing strategies and support UAT.
• Develop training plans and deliver client training.
• Support pre-sales activities and proofs of concept.
• Ensure customer success, project scope, and timelines.
• Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to solution development and client delivery.
