Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced and motivated GRC Technology Senior Consultant focused on the Workiva platform to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance Technology Consulting team in the United States. You will work with Fortune 500 to mid-market clients to implement and optimize Workiva solutions, translating business requirements into technical designs and delivering high-impact projects.

Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in MIS, Finance, Accounting, CS, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
3–5 years of professional experience.
2+ years in software implementation, technology consulting, system configuration, or related discipline.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating into functional/technical solutions.
Experience implementing Workiva solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Workiva platform resource and SME for client engagements.
Lead and support Workiva implementations, configurations, and related initiatives.
Document business and functional requirements with clients.
Translate requirements into functional/technical designs.
Configure, build, prototype, and test technology solutions.
Develop testing strategies and support user acceptance testing.
Create training plans and deliver client training.
Support pre-sales activities with platform demos and proofs of concept.
Ensure project objectives, scope, timelines, and quality are met.
Assist with go-live and transition to account management.
