Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance, Accounting, CS, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience.
• 2+ years in software implementation, tech consulting, system configuration, or related discipline.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to functional/technical solutions.
• Experience implementing Workiva solutions in consulting/enterprise environments.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workiva platform SME for client engagements.
• Lead and support Workiva implementations, configurations, and related initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to document business and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional/technical designs; configure and test solutions.
• Develop testing strategies and support UAT and other testing cycles.
• Create training plans and deliver client training.
• Support pre-sales activities including platform demos and PoCs.
• Maintain focus on customer success, scope, timelines, and quality.
• Assist go-live and transition to account management.
