Job summary

Reliance, Inc. seeks a senior GRC Analyst to lead the design, build, and maturation of its enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance program. You will partner with IT, Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders to establish scalable, audit‑defensible processes and a hands‑on, measurable control environment.

You will drive platform implementation, risk tracking, policy governance, and executive reporting, while mentoring junior team members and coordinating across multiple risk domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Business, Audit, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of experience in GRC, information security, IT risk management, compliance, audit, third-party risk, or a related discipline.
• Experience helping implement, administer, or mature a GRC platform with control libraries, risk registers, workflows, reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead buildout and leadership of Reliance’s enterprise GRC program and platform.
• Define target-state GRC operating model, processes, roles, workflows, and governance routines.
• Develop risk dashboards, KPIs, and executive-ready reporting to communicate status.
• Coordinate policy lifecycle management, standards, and exception governance.
• Manage evidence for internal/external audits and support third-party risk governance.
