Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a capable Security Supervisor to lead Security Officers and other personnel on client sites in California. You will ensure post orders, manage rounds, and file required reports while maintaining safety and customer service excellence.

You will coach and discipline staff, train officers, assist with payroll and reporting, and coordinate with management to guarantee coverage and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires US citizenship and CA driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience.
• Experience in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and site personnel; ensure post orders and rounds are followed.
• Coach, discipline, and conduct performance reviews with staff.
• Train officers and review assignments with team.
• Assist in payroll and personnel reporting.
• Ensure adequate post coverage and meet client expectations.
• Prepare and file required reports; liaise with client representatives.
