Abode Services in Fremont, CA, is seeking a Shelter Monitor to help maintain the health and safety of Shelter residents, assist with daily needs, and support donors and volunteers while upholding shelter standards.

You will implement procedures, supervise front desk activities, document resident needs and incidents, respond to crises, and coordinate with shelter staff. This onsite role may offer hybrid or remote options depending on duties and supervision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Maintain health and safety of shelter residents.
• Assist with daily needs of residents and donors/volunteers.
• Greet visitors, oversee front desk, and enforce shelter guidelines.
