Job summary

BioRender is seeking a Senior Product Manager for our Growth team in a remote-first environment across the US. You will identify growth opportunities, partner with engineering, design, and data science to test and ship initiatives that improve activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.

You will own end-to-end growth experiments, analyze results, and shape the roadmap to expand AI-powered figure creation and graphing capabilities, while scaling self-serve experiences for scientists worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management driving growth in SaaS or product-led business.
• Proven track record of shipping improvements with measurable growth.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Strong execution skills with direct collaboration with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using data and user research.
• Drive adoption of new products including AI-powered features.
• Own growth experiments end-to-end from hypothesis to launch.
• Improve self-serve user journey and conversion.
• Drive measurable impact on usage, revenue, and leads.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing.
• Lead execution by defining requirements and prioritizing work.
