Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or product-led businesses.
• Proven track record shipping product improvements with measurable impact on adoption/engagement/retention/conversion/revenue.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on data experience.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and translate into actionable plans.
• Strong execution with engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and ship initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using product data, user research, and experiments.
• Drive adoption of BioRender's expanding capabilities, including AI-powered figure creation and graphing.
• Own growth experiments end to end: hypotheses, success metrics, launch, analysis, and iteration.
• Improve the self-serve onboarding and discovery journey to accelerate value.
• Drive measurable business impact through usage, self-serve revenue, and enterprise leads generation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and others to align on priorities.
• Lead execution with engineers and designers to define requirements and ship initiatives.
• Shape Growth roadmap by sizing opportunities and guiding investment decisions.
