Job summary

MCC is seeking a Graphics Project Coordinator to translate customer product specifications into MCC's ERP and Prepress systems. You will strategically collaborate with internal teams and external customers to optimize interactions and operations, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery of prepress tasks.

The role supports continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing methods and requires coordination across multiple departments to fulfill customer requirements and drive successful project

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to solve problems and interpret instructions with limited standardization.
• Strong math, data entry, and high accuracy.
• Ability to read/write simple materials and communicate effectively.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate when needed.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift/move up to 25 lbs.
• Limited travel within North America.

Responsibilities

• Maintains graphic project coordination from inception to implementation.
• Onboards new business - ensures ERP entry is correct and complete.
• Collaborates with customers to ensure item specs are defined and translatable to ERP.
• Creates, maintains and links graphic project data to ERP system.
• Uses ERP and graphics platform for prepress job entry.
• Uses graphics software for prepress job tracking.
• Manages workload with quality, service, and productivity standards.
• Acts as a resource for internal and external pre-pro calls.
• Serves as plant liaison for item master questions/issues.
• Ensures proper POs for prepress and tracks progress for billing.
• Contributes to Lean Manufacturing practices (SQDC).
• Collaborates to fulfill customer requirements and completes assigned tasks.
