Job summary

MCC in Neenah, WI is seeking a Graphics Project Coordinator to translate customer specifications into MCC’s ERP and prepress systems, collaborating with internal and external teams to optimize interactions and efficiency. You will manage graphic project data, support prepress entry, maintain timelines, and help ensure accurate item master details while contributing to Lean SQDC improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in Customer Service and/or Graphics Reproduction; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
• Strong skills in math, data entry, and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, write simple correspondence, and communicate information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintains graphic project coordination from inception to implementation.
• New Business Onboarding - collaborates with internal teams and external customers to ensure new business is established in ERP correctly.
• Collaborates with internal and external customers to ensure item specifications are clearly defined and translatable into the ERP system.
• Creates, maintains and links required graphic project data to ERP system.
• Effectively utilizes ERP and graphics platform for prepress job entry.
• Effectively utilizes graphics software for prepress job tracking.
• Manages assigned workload in line with quality, service, and productivity standards.
• Acts as plant liaison for item master questions and issues.
• Ensures proper POs for prepress, tracks jobs progress, and submits for billing as required.
• Contributes to Lean Manufacturing methods (SQDC).
• Team collaboration to fulfill customer requirements.
• Completes additional tasks as assigned.
