Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma; 3+ years in Customer Service and/or Graphics Reproduction.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong math/data entry skills and meticulous attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains graphic project coordination from inception to implementation.
• New Business Onboarding - collaborates with internal teams and external customers to ensure ERP entry is correct.
• Ensures item specifications are defined, reproducible, and translated into the ERP system.
• Creates, maintains and links graphic project data to the ERP system.
• Utilizes ERP and graphics platform for prepress job entry.
• Uses graphics software for prepress job tracking.
• Manages workload to meet quality, service, and productivity standards.
• Serves as essential resource for pre-pro calls with internal and external teams.
• Acts as plant liaison for item master questions/issues.
• Ensures proper POs for prepress, tracks progress and billing as required.
• Contributes to Lean Manufacturing efforts (SQDC).
• Collaborates to fulfill customer requirements; completes additional tasks as needed.
