Job summary

MCC, a global leader in premium labels, seeks a Graphics Project Coordinator to translate customer specs into MCC's ERP and Prepress systems. This role collaborates with internal and external customers to optimize interactions and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will coordinate projects across ERP, prepress, and graphics software, maintain data integrity, and drive Lean improvements while supporting billing and POs. This is a hybrid, office- or home-based role in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years in Customer Service and/or Graphics Reproduction.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret varied instructions.
• Strong math, data entry, and high accuracy required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate graphic projects from inception to implementation in ERP and prepress systems.
• Onboard new business with internal teams and external customers for ERP accuracy.
• Define and translate item specifications for reproducibility in ERP.
• Create and maintain graphic project data linked to ERP.
• Use ERP and graphics platforms for prepress job entry and tracking.
• Manage workload to meet quality, service, and productivity standards.
• Serve as resource for internal/external pre-pro calls and item master questions.
• Ensure proper POs for prepress, track progress, and support billing.
• Contribute to Lean Manufacturing initiatives (SQDC) and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with teams to fulfill customer requirements; perform additional tasks as needed.
