Job summary

MCC, a global leader in premium labels, seeks a Graphics Project Coordinator to translate customer specs into MCC’s ERP and Prepress systems. You will coordinate projects end-to-end, onboard new business, and ensure accurate translation of item details for ERP with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 3+ years of experience in Customer Service and/or Graphics Reproduction.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret varied instructions; determine root cause and corrective action.
• Strong math, data entry, and high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and write simple correspondence; communicate effectively one-on-one and in small groups.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office tools required.
• Independence with occasional collaboration; ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.
• Limited travel within North America.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate graphic projects from inception to implementation.
• New Business Onboarding - work with internal teams and external customers to set up in ERP.
• Define item specifications for ERP translation and reproducibility.
• Create, maintain and link project data to ERP.
• Utilize ERP and graphics platform for prepress job entry and tracking.
• Manage workload aligned with quality, service, and productivity.
• Serve as pre-pro call resource for internal/external teams.
• Liaise with item master questions and billing workflows.
• Support Lean Manufacturing (SQDC) initiatives.
• Collaborate to fulfill customer requirements and perform other tasks.
