Job summary

MCC Label is seeking a Graphics Project Coordinator to translate customer specs into MCC's ERP and Prepress platforms. You will collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure accurate item data, optimize interactions, and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities include onboarding new business, defining specs for ERP, and maintaining project data. This role emphasizes attention to detail, math accuracy, and effective communication in a lean manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service and/or Graphics Reproduction; or equivalent.
• Able to interpret instructions and solve practical problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate graphic projects from inception to implementation.
• Onboard new business and ensure ERP accuracy.
• Translate item specs into ERP; collaborate with customers.
• Link data and processes to ERP system and prepress.
• Use ERP and graphics platforms for job entry and tracking.
• Support lean manufacturing (SQDC) practices.
• Serve as plant liaison for item master questions.
