You will coordinate proposal development, budgets, and compliance while guiding faculty and staff through the grant lifecycle, ensuring sponsor alignment.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, proactive funding opportunity discovery, and adherence to federal, state, and institutional policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Two years of grants experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate with FCC personnel and sponsors.
• Ability to learn and navigate software systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for faculty and staff pursuing new grant opportunities.
• Coordinate and support all phases of proposal development, including timelines, budgets, narratives, compliance reviews.
• Review award notices and ensure consistency with approved proposals and sponsor requirements.
• Advise on allowable activities, sponsor restrictions, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Grants Accountant on templates and post-award activities.
