Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Administration, Business, Communications, or related field is required.
• Associate Degree with two years of experience is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the grants office and maintain records.
• Assist with research on funding opportunities from federal, state, and private foundations.
• Support preparation of grant proposals and ensure submission requirements are met.
• Maintain a grants calendar of deadlines, reports, and deliverables.
• Communicate with program staff, faculty, and external partners regarding grant activities.
• Participate in grant-related trainings and professional development.
