Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Two years of experience working with grants.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate with FCC personnel and sponsors.
• Ability to manage complex proposals with tight deadlines.
• Proactive in identifying funding opportunities and preparing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for faculty and staff pursuing new grant opportunities.
• Coordinate proposal development, timelines, budgets, and narratives.
• Ensure compliance with sponsor, federal, state, and institutional requirements.
• Review award notices and assist with post-award administration and reporting.
• Collaborate across teams and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Support information publishing and internal policy adherence.
