Job summary

ResolveSoft Inc. seeks a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and report data informing grants management and program oversight.

You will produce quantitative and qualitative analyses, develop repeatable analytical products, and support leadership with timely, accurate outputs. You will collaborate with the Data Engineer, Visualization Specialist, and program staff to ensure methodologically sound analyses aligned with user needs and federal data standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, data science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of post-baccalaureate professional experience performing data analysis.
• 1+ years of experience analyzing quantitative data & synthesizing findings into written products.
• 1+ years of experience with Excel, Python, R and preferably Smartsheet.
• 1+ years of experience with SQL, GIS, data visualizations, survey methodology or implementation.
• 1+ years of experience with AI tools: GitHub, R, Qualtrics, Tableau or Power BI, ArcGIS.

Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support grants management.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of narratives, forms, and reports.
• Identify trends, risks, and improvement areas related to program performance.
• Prepare analytical reports, summaries, and data tables for leadership.
• Support recurring and ad hoc reporting and leadership briefings.
• Track data requests and respond in coordination with project leadership.
