Job summary

Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) seeks a Data Analyst to support grants management, program oversight, and operational improvements. You will collect, clean, analyze, interpret, and report data to reveal trends, risks, and opportunities that drive leadership decisions.

You will design surveys, generate reports, and provide ad hoc analyses under tight timelines, collaborating with teams to strengthen data collection and performance metrics across federal education or human services programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of analytics experience.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience producing written reports and presenting findings.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data.

Responsibilities

• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to guide decisions.
• Develop reports, briefs, and trend analyses for leadership.
• Design surveys and data collection instruments; support reporting.
• Respond to data requests and produce ad hoc analyses.
