Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, budget planning and financial analysis.
• Experience with clinical research or healthcare financial management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-award grant, contract, and clinical trial financial activities including invoicing and cash management.
• Prepare month-end close journal entries and ensure GAAP alignment.
• Develop and deliver sponsor reports and address discrepancies promptly.
• Support project closeout, subaward accounting, and audit readiness.
