Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP.
• Ability to interpret fiscal regulations and ensure compliance.
• Experience in clinical research healthcare finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing, accounts receivable, and cash management related to grants and contracts.
• Month-end close preparation and journal entries in GAAP reporting.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports for sponsors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project closeout, audit support, and compliance with sponsor guidelines.
• Identify variances, perform root-cause analysis, and communicate findings.
