• Ability to interpret fiscal regulations and ensure compliance
• Experience with clinical research/healthcare financial management and auditing preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with grant, contract, and clinical trial terms and sponsor guidelines.
• Process invoicing, accounts receivable, cash management and cost tracking.
• Support monthly close, journal entries and GAAP reporting.
• Prepare financial reports for management and sponsors; meet deadlines.
• Coordinate project closeout, cost sharing, subaward and subaccount activities.
• Gather documentation for audits and support internal controls.
