Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree and/or certifications preferred.
• 3–5 years of related professional experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, SQL and Power BI.
• Ability to aggregate, analyze, and present data from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of metadata management, data quality, and governance.
• Onsite work at the OHS Midwest Regional Office
• Background check and Public Trust clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead grants management data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Serve as primary data system contact between functional and technical teams.
• Develop databases, reports, and tools to support efficiencies and process improvements.
• Maintain grants management databases and data governance models.
• Create data quality assurance processes and provide training.
• Prepare analyses and presentations tailored to audiences.
• Coordinate across the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support pre- and post-award grants management activities and dashboards.
