Job summary

CFS in New York is seeking a Grants & Contracts Manager to own grants and contracts administration for assigned projects, analyze financials, and reconcile expenses to budgets.

The role partners with finance leadership and program teams, manages Sage Intacct, prepares reports for funders and audits, and supports budgeting for federal, state, local, and private grants; hybrid schedule in Midtown Manhattan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years of financial management experience, preferably with grant accounting.
• Knowledge of OMB Circular 2 CFR and nonprofit fiscal management.

Responsibilities

• Manage grants and contracts administration for assigned projects.
• Analyze project financials and reconcile expenses to budget.
• Prepare vouchers, reports, and documentation for funders and audits.
• Partner with project leaders to develop and modify project budgets.
• Maintain projects within Sage Intacct and support financial tracking and reporting.
