Job summary

Coalition for Asian American Children and Families in New York, NY, seeks a Senior Manager, Grants & Contracts to lead grantmaking and subcontracting across major funds, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with CACF’s mission. You will supervise a portfolio team, strengthen external partnerships, and advance advocacy through program analytics and impact reporting.

The role reports to the Director of Grants & Contracts, operates in a hybrid environment, and begins effective January 1,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to CACF’s mission, children’s rights, and social justice.
• Experience managing and administering government contracts, preferably NY City and State.
• Excellent organizational and budgeting skills with attention to detail.
• Strong project management and ability to lead administrative projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff, and foster inclusive teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise portfolio staff (two Grants Coordinators and two Senior Contracts Coordinators) and align work plans with CACF strategy.
• Design and implement evaluation plans for funding portfolios and report on impact.
• Ensure CACF grantmaking and subcontracted programs comply with contractual obligations and adapt to changes.
• Coordinate external partnerships and advocate for CACF funding and policy priorities.
• Share program learnings internally and with partners to inform strategic decisions and growth.
