Ability to assess, research, and resolve complex financial and compliance issues with sound judgment.
Deep understanding of financial management in a clinical trial setting and compliance/audit background.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with grant, contract and clinical trial terms, and sponsor guidelines.
Process invoicing, accounts receivable, and cash management to maintain positive cash flow.
Prepare journal entries and monthly close; ensure GAAP and policy alignment.
Produce finance reports for management and sponsors, including ad hoc analyses.
