Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in accounting/finance/administration.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, budget planning and financial analysis.
• Experience with compliance and auditing in clinical research/healthcare preferred.
• Deep understanding of financial management in clinical trial settings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure grant/contract/clinical trial compliance with GAAP and sponsor guidelines.
• Invoicing, accounts receivable, and cash management for programs.
• Prepare month-end close entries and financial statements.
• Generate financial reports for management and sponsors.
• Close out projects with accurate cost accounting and documentation.
• Support audits with required documentation and controls.
