Job summary

International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a Grants Compliance Manager to strengthen IJM’s capacity to manage grant compliance and donor risk. The role oversees grant administration, ensures adherence to donor regulations, and works with regional and global teams to maintain audit-ready files.

The position is hybrid (onsite Tue & Thu) for local DC-area candidates or remote for non-local US candidates, reporting to the Director, Grants Portfolio. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience leading institutional grant compliance or related field.
• Certificate in Federal Grants Management preferred.
• Expertise in U.S. government grant regulations (Uniform Guidance) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grant administration and compliance across awards and agreements.
• Provide regulatory guidance on grant terms, conditions, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Global Grants, Finance, and Legal to ensure donor compliance.
