Job summary

Corus International is seeking a Manager, Grants & Compliance to lead award compliance, grants administration, and subaward management for the MIHR project from our Washington, DC headquarters. This hybrid role requires in-office days on Tue and Wed, with collaboration across program, finance, and country teams to ensure donor compliance.

The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of awards, interpret DOS standards, and deliver tools and training while coordinating with HQ and field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years plus experience managing global US Government funded foreign assistance awards.
• Experience collaborating in a multicultural environment.
• Proven ability to build relationships with host country counterparts and NGOs/partners.
• Experience with US-based and international partners (NGOs/CSOs).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor compliance and manage prime awards across the award lifecycle.
• Interpret and apply DOS provisions and 2 CFR 200 requirements.
• Develop guidance, tools, and trackers for award management and compliance.
• Lead subaward development, monitoring, and closeout; ensure FFATA reporting where applicable.
• Deliver compliance training and support audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
