Job summary

International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a Philanthropy Administrator to coordinate and support major donor engagement. You will work under the Director of Revenue Operations, helping SPOs deliver exceptional donor experiences and ensuring timely, accurate data in our systems.

The role blends operational support, data management, and process improvement, with hybrid work options (onsite in DC area or remote for non-local candidates) and a focus on safeguarding donor information and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational coordination support to ~4 Sr. Philanthropy Officers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare information for donor responses.
• Monitor major donor activity and escalate as needed.
• Arrange donor-related meetings with IJM leadership and staff.
• Host Global Survivor Network members during donor visits and events.
• Schedule internal meetings and onboarding for SPOs.
• Adjust donor-facing materials for SPOs as needed.
• Assist in data-driven decision making by refining reporting tools.
• Support project and program management across initiatives.
• Participate in IJM’s community of spiritual formation.
