Job summary

International Justice Mission (IJM) seeks a Philanthropy Administrator to coordinate operations for Senior Philanthropy Officers, supporting donor engagement and major gift initiatives. The role emphasizes data accuracy in Salesforce, logistics for donor visits, and cross‑functional collaboration with leadership and staff across IJM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, nonprofit management, communications, project management, or related field; or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising operations, sales operations, executive or administrative support, project coordination, or related field
• Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities with accuracy and discretion
• Experience coordinating complex meetings, events, donor interactions, or other stakeholder engagements
• Experience maintaining constituent, customer, or donor data in a CRM system, including record creation, data updates, QA, and issue resolution
• Experience coordinating projects or programs, including developing plans, documenting decisions and action items, managing timelines, and following through with stakeholders
• Experience identifying process gaps and supporting design, documentation, and implementation of improved workflows
• Experience in nonprofit fundraising, major gifts, donor relations, philanthropy operations, or similar environment preferred
• Experience handling sensitive or confidential information with sound judgment and discretion

Responsibilities

• Provide operational coordination to four Sr. Philanthropy Officers
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare responses to donor requests
• Monitor major donor activity and escalate where needed
• Arrange donor-related logistics including meetings with IJM leadership
• Host Global Survivor Network members during donor visits and events
• Schedule internal meetings and onboarding for SPOs
• Modify donor materials for SPO delivery
• Manage SPO shipping logistics
• Support data-driven decision making with reporting tools
• Ensure Salesforce data accuracy and donor records
