Job summary

International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a Philanthropy Administrator to provide coordination and operational support to Sr. Philanthropy Officers, helping deliver exceptional donor experiences while supporting fundraising efforts to protect vulnerable people.

The hybrid role (DC area) reports to the Director of Revenue Operations and requires strong CRM, project management, and data-quality skills to scale IJM’s donor work across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, nonprofit management, communications, project management, or related field (see above).
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising operations, sales operations, executive or administrative support, project coordination, or a related field.
• Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities with accuracy, discretion, and limited oversight.
• Experience coordinating complex meetings, events, donor interactions, or other stakeholder engagements.
• Experience maintaining constituent, customer, or donor data in a CRM system, including record creation and data quality assurance.
• Experience coordinating projects or programs with plans, decisions, timelines and stakeholder follow-through.
• Experience identifying process gaps and supporting improved workflows.
• Experience in nonprofit fundraising, major gifts, donor relations, philanthropy operations, or similar environment preferred.
• Experience handling sensitive or confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination support to four Sr. Philanthropy Officers.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for donor responses and inquiries.
• Monitor major donor activity and escalate when appropriate.
• Manage logistics for donor-related actions, meetings, and events with IJM leadership and staff.
• Serve as host for Global Survivor Network members during donor visits and events.
• Schedule internal meetings and onboarding sessions for the SPOs.
• Modify donor-facing materials for SPO delivery to donors.
• Oversee SPO shipping requests and related logistics.
• Support data-driven decisions by adjusting reporting tools as needed.
• Ensure data accuracy by integrating SPO insights into Salesforce.
