Qualifications

• Ability to resolve complex financial and compliance issues with sound judgment.
• Experience in clinical research or healthcare financial management and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with grant, contract, and clinical trial terms and regulations.
• Invoicing, accounts receivable, and cash management to maintain positive cash flow.
• Month-end close and journal entries; ensure GAAP and policy alignment.
• Prepare financial reports and ad hoc analyses for sponsors and management.
• Complete project closeout documentation and review cost share requirements.
• Assist auditors with documentation and internal controls.
