Job summary

Brightpoint Community College Foundation seeks a Grants Administrator to research funding opportunities and manage the full lifecycle of grant proposals from development to reporting. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role ensures grant compliance, tracks budgets, coordinates applications, and meets deadlines per funder regulations and college priorities.

The position emphasizes collaboration with faculty, staff, administrators and external partners to support institutional priorities

Qualifications

• Progressively responsible experience in grant administration, coordination, and grants management.
• Experience collaborating with faculty, staff, administrators, finance personnel, and external partners.
• Experience using grants management systems, donor databases, financial systems, CRM platforms, or other technology tools.
• Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment about when to seek supervisory guidance.
• Successful completion and passing of a background check required.
