Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years extensive administrative experience; with Master's degree, one year experience.
• Direct experience with grant management preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist faculty with grant budget preparation and proposal development.
• Support proposal requirements and submission-related documentation.
• Maintain Biosketch and Other Support documentation with admin staff.
• Track proposal status through submission and review.
• Prepare changes of funds and end dates (ePAFs).
• Maintain departmental ePAF tracking list with historical data.
• Review reports to identify funding and personnel changes.
• Prepare monthly ePAFs and verify processing.
