The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking a Program Manager to support CCSG administration, grant management, publication compliance, data management, and executive coordination. The role partners with researchers, faculty, and institutional leaders to ensure federal compliance and successful grant submissions.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree (PhD preferred) with healthcare research administration, project management, and meeting coordination experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years related experience including 3+ years program management, or 3 years with Master's.
• Preferred: 10+ years providing administrative support to senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Support CCSG administration, grant management, and data administration.
• Coordinate leadership meetings and prepare agendas/minutes.
• Ensure compliance with NIH policies and NIHMS submissions.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and executive support tasks.
• Assist with administrative process improvements and SOP documentation.
