Qualifications

• Must have an associates degree or >=3 years related experience.
• At least 3 years experience in grant-funded教育 programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Adult Education and Literacy Team to extend literacy education training district‑wide.
• Accurate data entry in multiple databases and reporting for regulatory and internal use.
• Monitor data collection and prepare reports for regulatory concerns and internal communications.
• Maintain course schedules, student calendars, and instructor assignments.
• Maintain auditable documentation of lesson plans and participation.
• Coordinate document processing flow and provide English/Spanish translation for intake and testing events.
• Participation in recruitment and outreach for multiple off-site program sites.
