Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years in human services or related field.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Review LIHEAP applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Follow up with applicants to collect documents and clarify information.
• Communicate with clients, utility providers, and partner agencies about eligibility.
• Participate in outreach events to raise awareness of energy assistance.
• Maintain confidential client records and perform routine admin tasks.
• Collaborate with Family Impact Unit and cross-department teams.
