Job summary

The Scoular Company is seeking motivated grain elevator operators to join our team and contribute to safe, reliable supply chain solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading grain, operating loaders and other equipment, managing storage, and upholding safety protocols in all weather conditions. Prior grain facility experience is helpful, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfort with ladders, heights and confined spaces.
• Able to work in dusty environments with grain dust; wear PPE.
• Able to perform strenuous tasks and lift up to 50 lbs daily.
• Experience in a grain facility is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload grain while weighing and grading trucks.
• Operate heavy equipment such as loaders and track mobiles.
• Manage grain storage, create and move piles, and clean bins.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following protocols.
• Perform general maintenance to support operations.
