Job summary

Scoular seeks motivated grain elevator operators to join our team, contributing to safe, reliable supply chain solutions. You will load and unload grain, assist with weighing and grading, and operate a variety of heavy equipment in our facilities.

This seasonal, part-time role requires physical stamina, willingness to work outdoors in all weather, and adherence to safety protocols. Prior grain facility experience is preferred, and teamwork is essential to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Seasonal, part-time hours with overtime as needed.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Comfort with ladders, heights and confined spaces.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload grain and assist weighing/grading.
• Operate loaders, skid steers, track mobiles, rail car movers.
• Manage grain storage and keep bins clean and organized.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards promptly.
• Perform general maintenance to support operations.
