Job summary

The University of Maine is seeking a Graduation Specialist to support OSR operations related to review and certification of academic requirements, with a primary focus on graduation eligibility.

Responsibilities include processing exceptions and waivers, auditing and certifying students’ eligibility for graduation, and guiding graduation applications through to final resolution. Knowledge of student information systems, such as Oracle PeopleSoft, is preferred.
