Responsibilities include reviewing applications, ensuring accurate transfer credits, and maintaining the degree audit system while aligning with OSRHE CEP tables and transcript evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 6+ years of work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with university registrar functions or advising students on certification process.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Enter approved substitutions, waivers, and exceptions into university degree audit system.
• Review undergraduate student applications and determine eligibility for graduation candidacy.
• Determine final eligibility for degree certification once final semester grades are processed.
• Review transcripts and degree audit reports to troubleshoot GPA requirements, attributes, credit hours, and other degree requirement issues.
• Maintain a computerized transcript evaluation system for undergraduate credit, including data entry and quality control of data input to the system.
• Evaluate OSRHE CEP to ensure UCO’s articulation tables mirror the OSRHE CEP tables.
• Evaluate Joint Service Transcripts for potential course equivalencies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
