Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand customer demand to consult and sell additive manufacturing solutions.
• Identify sales leads and follow up on inbound inquiries by phone and email.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience while assessing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate regular touchpoints with customers to align results to sales growth.
• Represent Formlabs at trade shows and onsite customer events.
• Collaborate with key decision makers to deliver sales results.
• Become a knowledgeable champion through hands-on training with our products.
