Job summary

Cemex USA, based in Medley, FL, is launching a 12-month Talent Development Program for recent graduates in Mining, Industrial, or related fields. As a Talent Development Professional (TDP), you will rotate through Aggregates operations, gaining hands-on experience in Mine Planning, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, and Data Management.

You will engage in safety training, mentorship, and leadership development, while building a professional network across Cemex.

Qualifications

• Educational foundation: bachelor’s degree in Mining, Materials, Industrial Eng, Geology or related field.
• Academic performance: GPA 2.5+ (prefer 3.0+).
• Leadership potential and proactive problem solving.
• Strong communication & analytical presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational program across Mine Planning, Process Improvements, Quality & Reliability, Production, Maintenance, and Data Management.
• Engage in hands-on projects, safety training, mentorship, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with peers and mentors to contribute to real Cemex projects within Aggregates.
