Job summary

Cemex USA is launching a 12-month Talent Development Program (TDP) for recent graduates. You will rotate through Aggregates operations, gaining hands-on experience in Mine Planning, Process Improvements, and Data Management. Strong emphasis on safety, leadership, and professional growth guides every rotation.

Ideal candidates hold degrees in Mining, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or Geology, with GPA 2.5+ (3.0+ preferred). Willingness to relocate within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Geology or related field.
• GPA 2.5 or above, with preference for 3.0 or higher.
• Leadership and proactive learning approach, plus strong communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S. if needed.

Responsibilities

• Rotates through Aggregates operations: Mine Planning, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, Production, Maintenance, Data Management.
• Participates in a structured rotational program with hands-on project work.
• Develops technical and soft skills through training, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.
