Job summary

Cemex US is launching a 12-month Talent Development Program for recent graduates, rotating through Aggregates operations and other business units to build practical skills.

As a Talent Development Professional, you'll gain exposure to Mine Planning, Process Improvements, Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Data Management, with mentorship and leadership development opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site internship with a 40-hour work week and strong networking potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Mining/Materials/Industrial Engineering or Geology.
• GPA 2.5 or above; preference for 3.0+.

Responsibilities

• Safety Excellence: uphold safety as a core value across operations.
• Rotational Learning: participate in rotations across Mine Planning, Process Improvements, Quality, Reliability, Production, Maintenance, and Data Management.
