Job summary

Cemex US in Brooksville, Florida is launching a 12-month Talent Development Program (TDP) for recent graduates. As a Talent Development Professional, you will rotate through Cement operations, gaining exposure to manufacturing, quality, data management, and improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, with a 2.5+ GPA (3.0+ preferred), demonstrate leadership, and communicate effectively. Willingness to relocate within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field (Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic/Manufacturing, Mining/Materials Science) with GPA 2.5+ (3.0+ preferred).
• Leadership potential and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational program across Cement operations (Manufacturing, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, Equipment Maintenance, Production Process, Data Management).
• Engage in safety training and uphold safety standards across operations.
• Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on work, training, and mentorship.
