Job summary

Cemex USA is launching a Talent Development Program (TDP) for recent graduates in New Braunfels, TX. The 12-month program rotates through Cement operations, offering hands-on experience in manufacturing, process improvements, quality, maintenance, and data management.

Ideal candidates have an engineering degree with a GPA of 2.5+ and demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Travel may be required; relocation within the U.S. is supported as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• GPA 2.5+ (3.0+ preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership and proactive learning approach.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational program across Cement operations.
• Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on work, training sessions, and mentorship.
• Contribute to safety excellence and process improvements.
• Build a professional network within Cemex and across business units.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S. for rotations.
