CEMEX US invites recent graduates to join the 12‑month Talent Development Program (TDP) in Clinchfield, GA. As a Talent Development Professional (TDP), you will rotate through Cement operations, gaining exposure to manufacturing, process improvements, quality, equipment maintenance, data management, and production processes.

You will work under safety‑first culture, develop technical and leadership skills, build a professional network, and contribute to real projects across cement and supply

Qualifications

Recent bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
GPA preference of 3.0+ if possible.

Responsibilities

Rotational program across Cement operations including manufacturing and process improvements.
Participation in safety protocols and adherence to safety standards.
Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on work, training, and mentorship.
